Privacy Policy

This policy explains how customer information is collected, used, and protected when interacting with ozpeptix.com.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact details, order information, billing data, shipping details, and communications you send to our support team when placing or managing an order.

How We Use Information

Information is used to process orders, provide customer support, improve store operations, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, and—only with your consent on promotional landing pages—measure advertising performance. Essential cookies support checkout and security; non-essential cookies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, are not loaded until you choose Accept on the cookie banner shown on those pages.

Advertising Measurement (Meta)

If you consent on a landing page, we may share event data with Meta Platforms, Inc. via the Meta Pixel (browser) and Meta Conversions API (server). This can include page views, checkout steps, and purchase signals, along with hashed identifiers derived from information you provide (such as email or phone), browser identifiers (_fbp / _fbc where available), IP address, and device/user-agent data. We hash personal identifiers before sending them to Meta where required. We use this data to measure campaigns, build advertising audiences, and improve relevance—not to sell your personal information. Meta may process data according to its own policies; see Meta’s Privacy Policy for details.

Landing Page Analytics (First-Party)

On promotional landing pages (/lp/*), we collect first-party visitor analytics to understand how users move through our pages (for example: page views, scroll engagement, checkout steps, and payment outcomes). This may include a session identifier, page path, referral URL, campaign parameters (UTM), device language, browser user-agent, and IP address. Data is used internally to improve conversion and troubleshoot checkout issues—not sold to third parties. Raw event logs are retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted. Access is limited to authorized operations staff.

Your Choices

On promotional landing pages (/lp/*), you can Accept or Decline via the cookie banner to record your preference regarding advertising cookies. Regardless of that choice, we continue to operate essential checkout functions and collect first-party landing page analytics as described above. Declining does not load the Meta Pixel or send corresponding server-side events to Meta for that session. You can also use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Residents of certain regions may have additional rights regarding personal data; contact us using the details on our Contact page to exercise those rights.

Data Protection

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect customer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Third-Party Services

Payment processors, carriers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and—with your consent—advertising partners such as Meta may process limited data necessary to complete transactions, operate the website, or measure marketing performance.
